This includes the message boards (powered by phpBB), the blog (powered by Wordpress), the photo gallery (powered by Gallery 1) and all of their contents (blog posts, photos, forum posts, etc).

When it comes to my content (anything copyright Cat Chapman), you are free to use it in any way you please, as long as you credit me or Nerdiphy The Soul in some way. I am not responsible for content whose copyrights I do not hold; use that content at your own risk. (This means everything that I wrote is copyright me, and everything I copied from somewhere is copyright the owners of whatever I copied.)

Any comments on the blog, or posts on the message boards by users other than Cat are copyright the persons who posted them. However, if the content posted contains content that is copyright Cat Chapman, Cat is free to use the content in any way she needs to. Cat Chapman is also free to modify any posts by other users in any way she pleases. Any modifications is copyright Cat Chapman. (Basically, this is making me not responsible for any illegal content posted.)

However, when it comes to personal information (passwords, addresses, etc) you are NOT free to know and use them. Even if this site is viewed from a computer whose owner requires you to give them any personal information you have found on Nerdiphy The Soul, the owner(s) must comply with these terms if they view this site. If you do use this information, a lawsuit will be filed. (This is letting you know even if you have passwords to Nerdiphy The Soul, or any other personal information, I'm going to file a lawsuit if you use them in any way.)

I am NOT responsible for anything you see on Nerdiphy The Soul. If it is pornographic or inappropriate in some way and you get in trouble for it, so be it. I'm telling you now: view Nerdiphy The Soul at your own risk. I may warn if something is pornographic, and I may not. Just use your head. (This is making sure you can't sue me if you see something you aren't supposed to here. ;) )

If you are offended by content on Nerdiphy the Soul, I am NOT taking action for any complaints recieved. Any complaints recieved will be ignored and left to be shown to the public. This is my blog, I pay for it. If you want to pay for it, feel free to give me $180. I will then gladly blog about how I'm a rabid Jesus-Freak who goes to church and thinks gay people should go to hell.

Any loopholes found in these terms may NOT be used. (This is making sure people can't use loopholes, obviously.)

If you do not agree to these terms, I require you to cease viewing Nerdiphy The Soul immediately. (This means if you don't like these terms, leave.)

These terms are not meant to restrict what you do, they're just here to protect me and my content. I know they're a  little confusing, but this is the best you'll get from a kid in school making sure the teacher isn't watching. :P
